Own Risk & Liability
All guests participate in tours and activities offered by Husky Dreams AB at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the guest to realize their own limitations and physical fitness before booking any of the tours offered.
Husky Dreams AB disclaims responsibility for any loss, accident, injury, damage, illness, or other unexpected events beyond our control.
All guests are required to have valid travel and medical insurance that covers winter activities, including dog sledding, snowmobiling, and other outdoor excursions.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must read all tour information carefully to understand what is included and expected.
If anything is unclear, guests are responsible for contacting us before the tour.
Guests are required to follow all safety instructions from guides at all times.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in exclusion from the tour without refund, and could pose risks to the guest, other guests, and the dogs involved.
Clothing and Equipment
For winter tours, Husky Dreams AB provides warm clothing (shoes, overalls, hats, mittens) at no extra charge when stated in the tour description.
Guests are responsible for using and returning gear properly.
Loss or damage to borrowed gear will be charged at replacement value.
Behavior and Tour Rules
Guests are expected to show respectful behavior toward guides, fellow participants, animals, and equipment.
Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the tour without compensation.

By booking a tour with Husky Dreams AB (considering all guests (including any persons who is added or substituted at a later date) whether via our website, email, phone, social media, booking platforms, or in person-you agree to the following:
You have read and accepted the full Terms and Conditions, cancellation policy, and tour description.
You understand and accept that participation involves risk, especially in outdoor environments and with animals or motorized vehicles (e.g. sled dogs, snowmobiles).
You confirm that all participants are in suitable physical and mental condition to safely take part in the tour. If any participant has a pre-existing medical condition, it is your responsibility to contact us beforehand.
The person making the booking is at least 18 years old, has the authority to book on behalf of all participants, and confirms that all persons involved are aware of and accept these booking conditions.
All guests hold valid medical and travel insurance that covers winter and adventure activities (e.g. sledding, snowmobiling), as required.
